Michael has over 10 years of weightlifting experience and is certified as a personal fitness trainer as well as certified in sports nutrition. During the last 3 years, Michael has developed a specialty in working with high school and college-age youth; however, his years of training experience has included youth, adults and seniors in bodybuilding, weight loss, muscle toning and mobility programs. He promotes healthy nutrition as part of all his fitness programs.
Michael is also a pilot and holds airline transport and pilot instructor licenses. He developed, implemented and taught the aviation program at Laramie County Community College (LCCC) in Cheyenne for many years prior to moving back to Torrington.
Michael and his wife grew up in Torrington and graduated from Torrington High School.

Matt is a Certified Personal Trainer who has worked with people of all ages from high school athletes to adults and seniors. Matt prides himself on developing fitness programs for any age or goal whether it is weight loss, athletic performance, muscle building, or rehabilitation.
Matt has lived in the Panhandle of Nebraska and Wyoming all his life, and works as an Insurance Agent in his time away from the gym. His involvement in athletics for his entire life led to his occupation as a trainer.
