Quick Bio: I have been coaching and teaching classes since 2015. I enjoy working with all types of people with a variety of skill levels and goals. I keep things fun and exciting by constantly changing the type of workout, and pushing and helping everyone to achieve their potential. I incorporate several types of equipment – including TRX, sandbags, resistance bands, and kettlebells – to work different muscles in different ways. I love training in a group setting and strive to set a positive and safe environment for everyone to enjoy and grow.
